Situated twelve kilometres from Faenza, Brisighella lies in the direction of Florence. La Rocca is situated in the beautiful historic centre of the town, with parking at the front of the restaurant. It is managed by the family that own it, who offer guests a warm and friendly welcome.The cuisine, of the restaurant isbased on locally grown seasonal specialities. There is a strong focus on traditional regional recipes with modern twist.The pasta is handmade on site, using traditional techniques rather than machinery. All meat and dairy products are locally sourced and non-intensively farmed. The restaurant can seat up to sixty people, in addition to the vine-covered medieval veranda and the stunning roof terrace that offers incredible views across the valley.
