Hotel Rondò is located near the historical centre of Montepulciano, in the middle of olive groves and vineyeards which distinguishes the countryside of the Renaissance town. It is surrounded by a large garden, even if it is only at 500 mt from the walls of the town, easily reachable by a short walk. The hotel has also a private car park.The hotel Il Rondò has seven double rooms,all differently furnished, with the possibility of changing them into suites with independent entrance from the garden. All the bedrooms are decorated with pastel colours according to the '800 style, they are furnished with antique furniture and linen curtains with old, handmade embroideries. The accurate decorations and furniture give the guests a warm and familiar atmosphere. Although the hotel is not far from the historical centre, all the windows overlook the lovely garden of ancient plants and trees. Third bed in room for children until 12: € 30. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable, the room was perfect for the price with very high standards, the breakfasts were of a high standard, the villa was very clean in and out. We would recommend anyone visiting Montepuciano to stay at ll Ronda, if traveling by public transport this hotel is less than 5 mins walking distance from the bus stop. We spent one week here and have nothing but praise for the owner and family for making us feel so welcome.
