Hotel-Recidence Casprini 'Da Omero' is located in Florentine Chianti shire in a little village named Passo Dei Pecorai (Pass of the shepperds). Originally used since the Etruscans to move the sheep herds from the summer to the Winter 'fields'. The hotel-residence has rooms and apartments to offer to the guests the best solution for singles, couples and families. Together to the hotel there is an extremely old Tuscan restaurant which dates back to 1913. Here our family prepare the traditional recipes of the Florentine kitchen. The restaurant is closed on wednesday. Breakfast is not included as you can deside day bay day to get it or not. All jams are home made, so once, get it anyway;)! Apartments and equipped: TV, tel., independent entrance, and dining room and kitchen. And in summer time, temperature is fine enough as we do not need air condition. At your disposal there is a huge private garden and park. There is also a very good collection of Chianties which dates back to 1911.
