Francesca Da Vià hat geschrieben: "non avevamo provveduto a prenotare il parcheggio dell'albergo in quanto non era indicato di farlo nel sito abbiamo quindi parcheggiato l'auto in un parcheggio di fronte all'albergo, comodo sicuramente e con l'agevolazione dell'albergo sulla tariffa, ma abbiamo trovato l'auto spostata rispetto a dove l'avevamo posizionata e con un danno e ovviamente i custodi non hanno ammesso la responsabilità."

Reception is friendly, though a little frantic, but they try hard to help with specific requests - and do. We changed our room and the modern 2nd room we were given was comfortable and clean at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. We would definitely return."
